From Worcester, MA, Marc was ‘the Kid’ in Celtic-punk band Dropkick Murphys when, in 2000, at age 17, he joined as guitarist (with a sideline in accordion and piano). After eight years on the road and after making four albums with Dropkick Murphys, Marc quit. As young men do, he went West. In Los Angeles, he’s an indefatigable songwriter and an unbridled performer – playing in the orchestra for Fat Mike’s (NOFX and Me First and the Gimme Gimmes) musical, Home Street Home. In 2012, Marc formed his own country-punk band, Wild Roses, with J. C. August on pedal steel, Jeff Roffredo (Aggrolites) on upright bass, and Sean Winchester (a former member of Everclear), on drums. The band has also included guitarist, Chris Cheney of Australian band, The Living End .
